检察技术作为检察业务工作的组成部分,在配合业务部门案件侦查、证据固定等方面起着重要作用。将科学技术充分融入检察业务发展中、充分应用于案件侦查和证据核实过程,真正具体地将技术和办案捆绑起来,提高侦查水平、办案质量和效率是当今检察技术工作新形势的最显著特点和强烈要求。如何发展、如何最大限度的发挥检察技术工作的作用,工作如何实现超前式定位、跨越式发展,是新形势下检察技术工作目前的重要课题。
As an integral part of procuratorial work, procuratorial techniques play an important role in cooperating with business units in case investigation and evidence fixation. Fully integrating science and technology into the development of procuratorial operations and making full use of the case investigation and evidence verification process, truly and specifically bundling up technologies and handling cases to improve the level of investigation, the quality and efficiency of handling cases are the most notable features of the current situation of prosecutors’ technical work and strongly demand. How to develop and how to maximize the role of procuratorial technical work and how to achieve advanced type and leaps-and-bounds development are the important issues currently facing prosecutors’ technical work in the new situation.
