Cyclic adenosine diphosphate ribose (cADPR) is an important nucleotide derivative, and cADPR has recently been widely reported to be an activator of Ca2 + release. In this paper, matrix-assisted laser desorption time-of-flight mass spectrometry was performed on the base N1-glycosylated derivatives of the important intermediate inosine of cADPR, and the correctness of the synthesized nucleoside compounds was proved. The relative error was less than 0.1%
