本市2000－2002年发展高新技术产业三年目标已经确定，具体为：——技术进步对上海经济增长的贡献率，每年提高2个百分点以上，其中对工业经济增长的贡献率，2000年要达到50％；——高新技术产业产值占工业总产值的比例，2000年要达到20％；——高新技术产品出口平均年增长15％
