为探讨Norplant埋植后不规则出血的内膜与性激素受体的相关性,对正常月经周期和Norplant埋植6个月、1年有不规则出血的人子宫内膜进行形态学与免疫组织化学ER和PR的观察。结果证明不规则子宫出血的内膜无典型周期性变化;部分内膜血管断裂,雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)有不同程度的减少。提示Norplant可抑制子宫内膜ER和PR的生成,从而抑制了雌激素(E)和孕激素(P)的生物活性,其中血管壁生长不良是不规则子宫出血的主要原因之一
