原订1989年7月8～13日在北京技术交流馆举办的“全国电焊机及焊接器材节能新产品展销会”,因故未能按期举行,请鉴谅。现与有关方面商定,特将展销会正式举办的日期、地点及有关事宜再次通知如下:
The “National Exhibition on Welders and Welding Equipment and Energy Saving New Products” held at the Beijing Technical Exchange Hall from July 8th to 13th, 1989 was not properly held due to some reason. Please excuse me. It is now agreed with relevant parties that the date, location and related matters of the Special Exhibition will be announced again as follows:
