本研究采用“自知、多练自验、自评”结合的培养方法,对选修羽毛球球的两个学期4个班的普通大学生羽毛球学练自我效能感进行了各一学期的培养实验。结果表明:运用该方法对于提高普通大学生羽毛球学练自我效能感水平有显著效果,特别是对中、低自我效能感水平的大学生效果显著,羽毛球学练自我效能感与羽毛球考核成绩之间呈显著正相关,但羽毛球学练自我效能感的显著提高并不一定导致技术水平的显著提高,同时,学生的羽毛球技术水平也影响着羽毛球学练自我效能感,二者是相互依存、相互作用的。
In this study, the training methods of combining self-knowledge, self-assessment and self-evaluation were used to train students’ badminton practice self-efficacy in four classes of two semesters of elective badminton. . The results show that using this method has a significant effect on improving ordinary college students badminton practice self-efficacy, especially for middle and low self-efficacy college students, the badminton practice self-efficacy and badminton examination results were significantly However, the remarkable improvement of badminton practice self-efficacy does not necessarily lead to a significant increase of technical level.
