党的十九大报告首次提出了实施乡村振兴战略。农业、农村、农民问题将会给国家发展带来直接影响，因此需要从根源上对“三农”问题进行全面处理。近几年，在各个档案部门的正确引导下，乡镇开始加强档案信息收集。通过科学管理促进发展，强化村级档案的管理和使用，将档案优势全面发挥，为乡村振兴战略发展提供服务。本文结合档案工作在乡村振兴战略实施中的价值，重点分析了目前乡村档案管理存在的问题，根据分析结果，提出档案工作为乡村振兴战略服务的相关建议。
