民主意识是人们对民主政治建设的认识和看法的综合反映。在企业民主管理中,职工的民主意识是职工群众对企业民主管理工作的看法和认识等的反映。它具体体现在职工的主人意识、参与意识、群体意识以及权力意识等方面。职工的民主意识不是头脑中固有的,它是职工在参与企业民主管理的实践中逐步建立和形成的。因此,职工民主意识的培养就是采取思想教育、组织职工参加民主管理等形式,有目的地对职工进行引导、启迪和激发,使之不断强化。职工民主意识的培养,方法、途径很多,
The democratic consciousness is a comprehensive reflection of people’s understanding and opinions on the construction of democratic politics. In the democratic management of enterprises, the democratic awareness of workers is a reflection of the masses and their opinions and understanding of the democratic management of enterprises.
