中国对外文化传播和文化出口已经进入到一个新的阶段。我们一方面需要重新定位如何选择文化内容产品及其“走出去”的策略,另一方面需要以大国的风度、平和的态度和合理的话语方式来传播我们的文化和声音。
China’s foreign cultural exchanges and cultural exports have entered a new phase. On the one hand, we need to redirect our strategy of choosing cultural content products and “going out” on the one hand, and on the other hand, we need to spread our culture and voices in a manner like big power, gentle attitude and reasonable discourse.
