支化叠氮缩水甘油醚聚合物(BGAP)能很好地改善推进剂及塑料粘结炸药(PBX)的装药工艺性质及力学性能。将氯醚胶(PECH)和环氧氯丙烷(ECH)溶于二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中,在乙二醇(EG)引发下与叠氮钠(NaN3)加热反应即制得BGAP。研究了影响支化反应的主要因素,探索了控制羟基官能度(f)、分子量及其分布值的方法。
Branched azide glycidyl ether polymer (B GAP) can well improve the propellant and plastic bonded explosives (PBX) loading process properties and mechanical properties. Chlorine ether gel (PECH) and epichlorohydrin (ECH) were dissolved in dimethylformamide (DMF) and reacted with sodium azide (NaN3) under the condition of ethylene glycol (EG) GAP. The main factors influencing the branching reaction were studied and the methods to control the hydroxyl functionality (f), the molecular weight and their distribution values were explored.
