棒磨山铁矿所采用的品位指标已不适应目前矿山生产的实际。为了寻求最优的品位指标,研究中采用系统工程的方法,着重考虑了矿山现有地、采、选等条件,建立了可采品位指标滚动优化系统,并以经济效益作为主要决策目标进行了多目标决策,确定了矿山最优可采品位为16%(TFe)。采用新的优化指标,矿山将增加124万吨的原矿量,并会取得显著的经济效益和社会效益。
