70年代我国甜、辣椒的生产,由于受病毒病的危害,单产严重下降,市场供应锐减。针对这一情况,从1976年开始,我们开展了以抗病、高产、稳产为主要目标的辣椒新品种选育。育成的“苏椒2号”一代杂种于1987年经江苏省农作物品种审定委员会审定通过。该品种对病毒病与炭疽病均具有较强的抗性,适应性强,果实商品性好,目前已推广到江、浙、皖、云、贵、川等10多个省市,面积正在逐年扩大。
In the 1970s, the production of sweet peppers in our country suffered a serious decline in yields due to the damage caused by the virus disease, and the market supply dropped sharply. In response to this situation, starting from 1976, we have carried out the breeding of new pepper varieties with the main objectives of disease resistance, high yield and stable production. Bred “Sujiao 2” generation of hybrids in 1987 by the Jiangsu Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee approved. The variety has strong resistance to virus disease and anthracnose, strong adaptability and good commodity of fruits, and has been popularized to more than 10 provinces and cities such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan at present, and the area is increasing year by year expand.
