目的建立以2巯基丙酸(2MPA)协同试验用于临床细菌金属酶的检测。方法2MPA为金属酶抑制剂,头孢他啶(CAZ)为指示药进行双纸片琼脂扩散协同试验。结果凡因协同效应而使CAZ纸片抑菌环直径扩大者即判为产金属酶阳性,结果有114株对亚胺培南和CAZ耐药的革兰阴性杆菌,以2MPA协同试验检出产金属酶细菌72株,检出率63.2%,灵敏度97.3%;以EDTA协同试验检出69株,检出率55.3%,灵敏度93.2%(χ2=1.35,P>0.05)。2MPA与CAZ纸片间的协同效果和结果清晰程度均优于EDTA。结论用2MPA和CAZ双纸片琼脂扩散协同试验检测细菌金属酶,方法简便易行,结果准确,适合各级医疗单位常规应用。
Objective To establish a 2-mercaptopropionic acid (2MPA) synergistic test for the detection of clinical bacterial metalloenzymes. Method 2MPA is a metalloenzyme inhibitor, and ceftazidime (CAZ) is used as an indicator drug to conduct a synergistic test of double paper agar diffusion. Results Whereas synergistic effect CAZ paper bacteriostatic ring enlargement who sentenced to be metalloenzyme positive results as a result of 114 imipenem and CAZ resistant Gram-negative bacilli detected by 2MPA synergy test 72 strains of metalloenzymes were detected with the detection rate of 63.2% and the sensitivity of 97.3%; 69 strains were detected by EDTA synergy test, the detection rate was 55.3% and the sensitivity was 93.2% (χ2 = 1.35, P> 0.05). The synergy and clarity of results between 2MPA and CAZ disks were better than that of EDTA. Conclusion The detection of bacterial metalloenzyme by 2MPA and CAZ double disc agar diffusion test is simple and convenient, and the method is accurate and suitable for the routine application of medical units at all levels.
