从九四年开始,我县乡镇企业紧紧围绕“改革、发展”两大主题,以深化改革为动力,以增强活力,再造优势,加快发展为目的,统一领导,统一安排,有步骤地开展了产权制度改革。截至目前,全县所有集体企业都进行了转制,其中股份制企业1个,股份合作制企业24个,租赁、承包247个,拍卖的6个。产权制度改革,为乡镇企业的发展注入了新的活力,促进了乡镇企业持续、高速、高效发展。回顾两年多的转制工作,我们有以下四点体会。 Since 1994, the township and township enterprises in the county have closely focused on the two major themes of “reform and development”.
