660例妇女盆底肌功能影响因素浅析

目的了解怀化市妇保院普查妇女盆底肌功能现状和其主要的影响因素。方法对2014年8月-12月在怀化市妇保院普查的妇女行盆底肌肌力检测,并采集其一般资料和病史等,对结果进行统计分析。结果妇女盆底肌功能良好(≥3级)占24.5%,低下(<3级)占75.5%,盆腔脏器脱垂患病率为52.0%,尿失禁的患病率别为39.4%。盆底肌功能良好所占比例,剖宫产分娩方式高于阴道产,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.790,P<0.05),低体重儿组盆底肌功能优于正常儿和巨大儿,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.622,P<0.05)。结论怀化市妇保院普查妇女的盆底肌功能状况堪忧,阴道产、新生儿体重偏大易造成盆底肌功能下降,应加大宣传力度,扩大盆底功能筛查的覆盖面,早预防早发现早治疗。 Objective To understand the status of pelvic floor muscle function and its main influencing factors in census women in Huaihua City. Methods The pelvic floor muscle strength of women who were surveyed in the MCH in Huaihua City from August to December in 2014 was collected and their general data and medical history were collected. The results were statistically analyzed. Results The pelvic floor muscles were well (grade 3) in 24.5%, low (grade 3) 75.5%, pelvic organ prolapse 52.0% and urinary incontinence 39.4%. Pelvic floor muscle function was good, the rate of cesarean section delivery was higher than vaginal delivery, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 7.790, P <0.05), pelvic floor muscle function of low birth weight children was better than normal children And huge children, the statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 16.622, P <0.05). Conclusions Women’s pelvic floor muscle function in pregnant women in Huaihua City is very poor. The weight of the vagina and newborn may result in the decrease of pelvic floor muscle function. Publicity should be intensified to expand the coverage of pelvic floor function screening. Found early treatment.
