The problem of the true stabilization of feedforward generalized decentralized control systems is discussed. The sufficient and necessary condition for the decentralized normal dynamic compensators to be stochastic is given. It is found that the system does not have an unstable decentralized finite mode and Dispersed impulse fixed die, which lays the foundation for the decentralized normal dynamic compensator design of the true stabilization system.
