与经济发达地区相比,后发地区推进中小学校劳动实践场所建设面临更多的压力和挑战。近年来,衡阳市在中小学校劳动实践场所建设方面作出了很好的探索,经验可复制可推广。主要是:加大投入,打下建设基础;注重实效,强化育人功能;因地制宜,发展特色经济;围绕需要,拓展服务效益。同时,我们也要清醒地正视创建中的不足,不断总结、完善、提升。
Compared with the economically developed areas, post-secondary areas to promote the construction of primary and secondary schools labor practice are facing more pressures and challenges. In recent years, Hengyang City has made a good exploration in the construction of primary and secondary school labor practice places, and its experience can be copied and promoted. Mainly: increase investment, lay a foundation for construction; pay attention to results, strengthen the educational function; suit one’s measures to local conditions, the development of distinctive economy; around the need to expand service efficiency. At the same time, we must also be sober-minded in creating the deficiencies, constantly summarizing, improving and upgrading.
