利用热常数测试仪测试了CuCrSeTeFe合金经5GPa压力处理后在25~600℃的热容和热扩散系数,并分析了温度对CuCrSeTeFe合金热扩散系数和热容的影响。结果表明:在25~600℃内,CuCrSeTeFe合金的热扩散系数随温度的升高而逐渐增大,而热容在200~300℃内较高。
The heat capacity and thermal diffusivity of CuCrSeTeFe alloy at 25 ~ 600 ℃ under 5GPa pressure were measured by the thermal constant tester, and the influence of temperature on the thermal diffusivity and heat capacity of CuCrSeTeFe alloy was analyzed. The results show that the thermal diffusivities of CuCrSeTeFe alloys increase with increasing temperature from 25 ℃ to 600 ℃, while the heat capacities increase from 200 ℃ to 300 ℃.
