针对会泽铅锌矿采矿中存在的问题,进行了水压支柱护顶的采矿实验。通过使用水压支柱临时支护顶板,扩大采矿进路,在保证采场安全的同时,使采场采矿生产能力由200~240 t/d提高到300~400 t/d,降低了采矿成本。同时对水压支柱对采场的支护能力进行了监测,得出了支柱使用时的主要力学特征。
In view of the problems existing in the mining of Huize lead-zinc mine, the mining experiment of hydraulic prop roof is carried out. Through the temporary support of the roof with hydraulic props to expand the mining approach, while ensuring the safety of the stope, the mining production capacity of the stope was raised from 200 to 240 t / d to 300 to 400 t / d, reducing the mining cost. At the same time, the supporting capacity of hydraulic props for stope was monitored, and the main mechanical characteristics of pillars were obtained.
