基于传统电力自动化结构的局限性,提出了一种基于信息共享的输(配)电自动化系统.阐述了管理级和站级两级结构的构成,总结了新结构的优点和实现的条件.在整个系统中站级控制中心进行数据采样、数据处理、数据存储以及同别的站级控制中心或者管理层交换数据的任务.管理层在物理上包括站级控制中心和专有的管理中心(如调度中心),管理层的软件可以安装在管理中心或者安装在站控中心.管理层通过广域网通信,站控中心内部通过局域网通信.
Based on the limitations of the traditional structure of power automation, this paper proposes a transmission (distribution) automation system based on information sharing. The structure of management level and station level structure is expatiated, and the advantages and conditions of the new structure are summarized. In the whole system, the station-level control center performs data sampling, data processing, data storage, and data exchange with other station-level control centers or management. Management consists of a physical station-level control center and a dedicated management center (such as dispatch center), management software can be installed in the management center or installed in the control center. Management through WAN communications, station control center within the LAN communications.
