在体育运动中运动员是离不开力量的,很多运动队对运动员的力量训练越来越重视,特别是游泳这项运动。因为游泳运动中有很多的不稳定因素在里而,所以必不可缺就是对运动员的稳定性力量训练,和有效力量的掌握训练。只有结合游泳这项体育运动自身的特点,制定出相应的能与游泳运动巧妙结合的力量训练方式,游泳运动队的成绩才能显著提高。本文主要分析的是力量训练在游泳训练中的应用。
Athletes in sports are inseparable from the strength of many sports teams pay more and more attention to the training of athletes, especially the swimming movement.
