[目的]分析掌握院校感染性疾病发病规律和特点,有针对性地做好防病工作。[方法]对门诊部医疗所2000～2005年住院病历第一诊断进行统计分析。[结果]6年间收治感染性疾病占同期住院病例数35.36%,2003年后病例数较前明显增多。第2、4季度病例较多,第3季度病例数最少。感染性疾病以呼吸系统疾病为主,其次为传染病,传染病中以痢疾为主。[结论]感染性疾病应列为防疫工作的重点,尤其是上呼吸道感染性疾病的预防,同时要做好肠道传染病的预防。
[Objective] To analyze and grasp the rules and characteristics of infectious diseases in institutions of higher learning and do a good job in disease prevention. [Methods] The first diagnosis of inpatient medical records in outpatient clinics from 2000 to 2005 were analyzed statistically. [Results] Infectious diseases accounted for 35.36% of hospitalized cases in the same period in six years. The number of cases after 2003 was significantly increased compared with that before 2003. In the second and fourth quarters, there were more cases, with the lowest number of cases in the third quarter. Infectious diseases mainly respiratory diseases, followed by infectious diseases, infectious diseases dominated by dysentery. [Conclusion] Infectious diseases should be listed as the focus of epidemic prevention work, especially in the prevention of upper respiratory tract infectious diseases, meanwhile, to prevent intestinal infectious diseases.
