根据某防爆铲运机的工作特性及工况,在SolidWorks中建立了防爆铲运机虚拟样机,通过动态仿真得到前机架在整个工作时间历程过程中的受力曲线,依据仿真结果在ANSYS中建立前机架的有限元计算模型,经过有限元求解,求得前机架在极限工况下的有限元云图,分析求解结果可知,前机架结构强度能够满足工况要求,针对应力集中的区域,提出结构改进意见。
According to the operating characteristics and operating conditions of an explosion-proof scraper, a virtual prototype of explosion-proof scraper is established in SolidWorks. The dynamic curve of the front rack during the entire working time is obtained according to the simulation results in ANSYS Finite element calculation model of the front frame is established. Finite element cloud images of the front frame under the limit condition are obtained by finite element analysis. The analysis results show that the strength of the front frame can meet the requirements of working conditions. For the stress concentration Region, put forward structural improvements.
