目的探讨精神病院医护人员对死亡的态度及其影响因素。方法采用《自我评价对死亡的态度》为测量工具对237名精神病院医护人员进行调查。结果①男医生与女医生、护士之间在害怕致死性疾病、害怕死人和坟墓、其他及总分上存有统计学差异(P<0.05);女医生与男医生、护士之间在死亡专注上存有统计学差异(P<0.05);②年龄与害怕致死性疾病具有负相关(r=-0.0174,P<0.01)。性别与害怕致死性疾病、害怕死人和坟墓、其他及总分存在正相关(P<0.01)。专业与害怕死人和坟墓、死亡专注及总分存在正相关(P<0.05)。结论对死亡的态度受年龄、性别、专业因素影响;同男性相比,女性对死亡态度的焦虑程度普遍高于男性。
Objective To investigate mental health care workers’ attitudes toward death and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 237 psychiatric hospital health care workers were surveyed using the “self-evaluation attitude toward death” as a measurement tool. Results ① There was a significant difference (P <0.05) between male doctor and female doctor and nurse in the fears of lethal disease, fear of dead person and grave, other and total score; the difference between female doctor and male doctor and nurse in death (P <0.05). ② There was a negative correlation between age and fear of lethal disease (r = -0.0174, P <0.01). Sex and fear of fatal illness, fear of dead and graves, others and the total score is positively correlated (P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between professional and fear of dead and grave, death focus and total score (P <0.05). Conclusions The attitude to death is influenced by age, sex and professional factors. Compared with men, women are generally more anxious about death attitude than men.
