毕业(设计)论文作为高职人才培养过程中一个被大家公认需要反思和改革的环节,近年来虽然利弊与存废之争不断,但许多改革建议往往治标不治本,大部分高职院校仍是按照传统的模式在质量难以提升、形式主义严重的怪圈中年复一年地执行着这一“必备”程序。笔者认为,围绕高职人才培养目标,紧密结合职业核心能力的培养对高职毕业论文工作进行大刀阔斧的彻底改革,乃是当前高职院校内涵建设的重要一环。 Graduation (Design) Thesis As a part of higher vocational education that needs to be reconsidered and reform recognized by all people, in recent years although the pros and cons are still in dispute with the existing or abolished, many reform proposals are often punctual, and most of the higher vocational colleges Is to implement this “essential” procedure year after year in accordance with the traditional model with hard-to-upgrade quality and severe formalism.
