目的比较不同停搏时间下,HTK心脏停搏液(HTK液)与St.ThomasⅡ心脏停搏液(STH液)对幼兔未成熟心肌的保护作用。方法根据不同停搏液及停搏时间将32只2~3周龄的新西兰大耳兔随机分为4组。SO组(8只)采用STH液停搏1 h,ST组(8只)采用STH液停搏2 h;HO组(8只)采用HTK液停搏1 h,HT组(8只)采用HTK液停搏2 h。比较不同停搏时间下,HTK液与STH液对幼兔未成熟心肌的保护效果。结果 SO组、HO组各8只,ST组、HT组各7只符合要求。HTK液与STH液在血流动力学及心肌酶(肌酸激酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶)方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但HTK液能降低丙二醛(MDA)含量,维持超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和Ca2+-ATPase高活性,降低一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性及NO含量(P<0.05),保护效果优于STH液。结论 HTK液对未成熟心肌保护优于STH液,但短时间(1 h)停搏下,STH液仍有良好表现。
Objective To compare the protective effects of HTK cardioplegia solution and St.Thomas Ⅱ cardioplegic solution (STH solution) on the immature myocardium of rabbits under different arrest time. Methods According to different cardioplegia and arrest time 32 New Zealand white rabbits (2 ~ 3 weeks old) were randomly divided into 4 groups. In the SO group (8 rats), STH was used for 1 h, ST group (8 rats) was stopped for 2 h with STH solution, and in the HO group (8 rats) Fluid stop 2 h. The effect of HTK solution and STH solution on the immature myocardium of rabbits was compared under different arrest time. Results SO group, HO group, each 8, ST group, HT group, each of the seven meet the requirements. There was no significant difference in hemodynamics and myocardial enzymes (creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase) between HTK and STH fluids (P> 0.05), but HTK fluid could reduce the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) , Maintaining high activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and Ca2 + -ATPase, decreasing nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity and NO content (P <0.05), and better protecting effect than STH solution. Conclusion HTK solution is superior to STH solution in immature myocardial protection, but STH solution still shows good performance under short-term (1 h) arrest.
