水轮机转轮是水轮发电机组的核心转动部件,是将水流势能转变成旋转机械动能,通过主轴传递给发电机实现能量转换的主体。水轮机转轮性能直接影响到发电机组的效率及运行稳定性,在制造厂加工过程中质量精度非常重要,工艺制造环节加工成品后需对转轮进行静平衡实验,平衡配重精度直接关系到水轮机组的运行稳定性、振动程度等重要指标。现分析了水轮机转轮在制造厂内进行静平衡过程中所使用的平衡专用工具支撑板倾斜度对平衡结果的影响,对提高产品质量和制造工艺控制,为客户提供合格提供理论依据。
Turbine runner is the core rotating component of hydro-generator set. It is the main body which converts the potential energy of water flow into the kinetic energy of rotating machinery and transmits the energy to the generator through the main shaft. Turbine runner performance directly affects the efficiency and stability of the generator set. The quality precision is very important during the manufacturing process. The static balance test of the runner needs to be done after the finished product is processed. The accuracy of the balance weight is directly related to the turbine Group of the operational stability, vibration and other important indicators. The impact of the inclination of the support plate for balancing special tools used in the process of static balance of the turbine runner in the manufacturing plant on the balance result is analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for improving product quality and manufacturing process control and providing customers with qualified results.
