面瘫,即周围性面神经麻痹,中医学称为＂口眼歪斜＂.临床主要表现为：起病突然,一侧面部板滞、麻木、松弛,不能作蹙额、皱眉、露齿、鼓腮等动作,口角向健侧歪斜.病侧露睛流泪,额纹消失,鼻唇沟平坦.近年来,采用针刺配合推拿治疗方法对57例周围性面瘫患者进行了观察,收到了较好的效果.现总结如下.
