在当代社会,职业已与人的社会价值和社会生存密不可分,职业归属是劳动者的主要社会归属。那么,劳动者对其职业的态度直接关系到劳动者生产的质量和效率;同时由于各种职业是在一个社会劳动群体中的有机结合,使个体劳动转化为社会整体劳动,因此敬爱自己的职业是每个劳动者所必须具备的精神。满腔热忱的敬业精神不仅可以获取优裕的物质利益,实现自己的人生价值,使自己的社会生存得到保障,同时也是劳动者所属的社会劳动群体,即企业发展和整个社会进步的必需条件。
