东风型内燃机车上使用的NHZ-110型电阻制动转换器(HK),在运用中经常发生主触头烧损的故障。造成机车临修多、碎修多,HK落修率高。这一惯性故障在我段的机车上更为突出,有的HK装车后使用1~2个定修期就因主触头烧损而落修,有的机车在一个架修期内落修几次制动转换器。这一惯性故障给机车的检修工作增加了许多工作量,影响了机车的正常运用。这一惯性故障是我段多年来的攻关项目之一。
