通过优化顶空分析条件,利用顶空-气相色谱法建立了一种测定水中7种苯系物的方法。探讨了氯化钠的用量、热浴温度、平衡时间、气液相比值对测定结果的影响。试验结果表明:采用Rtx-wax色谱柱、样品热浴温度为75℃、平衡时间为15 min时,7种苯系物在24 min之内能完全分离,相对标准偏差(RSD%)为1.2%~2.7%,加标回收率在93.4%~102.8%之间,7种苯系物分离效果好。该方法操作简单、灵敏度高,可广泛适用于水环境中苯系物的测定。
By optimizing headspace analysis conditions, a method for the determination of seven kinds of benzene compounds in water was established by headspace-gas chromatography. The effects of the amount of sodium chloride, the temperature of the hot bath, the equilibration time and the ratio of gas to liquid on the determination results were discussed. The experimental results show that the relative standard deviation (RSD%) of seven kinds of benzene compounds can be completely separated within 24 min with Rtx-wax column temperature of 75 ℃ and equilibrium time of 15 min. The relative standard deviation (RSD%) is 1.2% ~ 2.7%, the recoveries of standard addition ranged from 93.4% to 102.8%, and the separation efficiency of 7 kinds of benzene compounds was good. The method is simple in operation and high in sensitivity, and can be widely applied to the determination of benzene series in water environment.
