As a member of the cytoskeletal protein family (ERM), root proteins are overexpressed in many tumor cells. However, its role in the development of colon cancer is poorly understood. Therefore, the author sought to find the role of root protein in colon cancer infiltration, and found that the expression of root protein in colon cancer cells was significantly increased.
