高分子科学建立初期,已经有人研究环氧烷烃的开环聚合;但很长一段时期得到的是分子量不高的聚合物,不能直接当作橡胶使用。自Hendrickson和Vandenberg先后发表了用开环聚合制得环氧丙烷橡胶和氯醇橡胶以来,利用环氧烷烃的开环聚合研制弹性体的工作才得以迅速发展。本文主要评述环氧氯丙烷(ECH)、环氧丙烷(PO)的均聚和共聚,不饱和型氯醇橡胶和环氧丙烷橡胶,以及其他可能成为弹性体的环氧烷烃的聚合。
In the early days of polymer science, there were studies on the ring-opening polymerization of alkylene oxides. However, for a long period of time, polymers with low molecular weight were obtained and could not be directly used as rubber. Since Hendrickson and Vandenberg have published the ring-opening polymerization of propylene oxide rubber and epichlorohydrin rubber, the use of alkylene oxide ring-opening polymerization of elastomer development work has been rapidly developed. This article reviews the homopolymerization and copolymerization of epichlorohydrin (ECH), propylene oxide (PO), the polymerization of unsaturated chloroprene rubber and propylene oxide rubber, and other elastomeric alkylene oxides.
