目的:探讨实验性脑梗死(cerebralinfarction,CI)后脑水肿规律和大鼠行为学改变,以指导临床脱水降颅压药物的应用。方法:参照Langa等方法制成大脑中动脉梗死模型,于术后6h、24h、48h、72h和7d采用Longa评分法、肢体对称试验评分法、Berderson评分法和平衡木评分法等4种方法进行行为学评分,并动态观察其脑含水量的变化规律。结果:对60只大鼠的研究结果显示,CI后脑组织含水量明显高于对照组,病变侧高于病变对侧,脑水肿以CI后24-72h最明显,高峰时间在CI后48h,第7d基本恢复正常。大鼠行为学改变与脑水肿的变化趋势相一致,也以CI后48h最明显。结论:大鼠CI后脑水肿规律为24-72h最明显,高峰时间在梗死后48h,7d基本恢复正常,CI后脑水肿规律与神经功能缺损的严重程度一致。
Objective: To explore the rule of brain edema after cerebral infarction (CI) and the behavioral changes in rats to guide the clinical application of dehydration and intracranial pressure lowering drugs. Methods: The middle cerebral artery occlusion model was made according to Langa et al. Methods: Longa score, limb symmetry test, Berderson score and balance beam score were used at 6h, 24h, 48h, 72h and 7d after operation Learn score, and dynamically observe the changes of brain water content. Results: The results of 60 rats showed that after CI, the water content of brain tissue in CI group was significantly higher than that in control group, the lesion side was higher than the contralateral side of the lesion, the most obvious was 24-72 hours after CI, and the peak time was 48 hours after CI 7d returned to normal. Changes in behavioral changes in rats and brain edema consistent trends, but also the most obvious 48h CI. Conclusion: The pattern of cerebral edema in CI rats is most obvious at 24-72 hours. The peak time at 48 h and 7 d after infarction basically returns to normal. The cerebral edema pattern after CI is consistent with the severity of neurological deficits.
