目的探讨原纤维蛋白3(FBN-3)基因微卫星多态性与中国汉族女性多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的易感性的关系。方法对272例PCOS患者(A组)和271例健康体检女性(B组)的FBN-3基因多态性位点D19S884进行基因型分析。结果两组的D19S884的等位基因分布有统计学差异(P<0.05);A组患者的A7等位基因频率高于B组(32.7%vs.26.9%)(P<0.05)。结论 FBN-3基因D19S884位点与中国汉族女性PCOS发病有关,A7等位基因可能是中国汉族女性PCOS的致病因素之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of fibronectin 3 (FBN-3) gene and the susceptibility of Chinese Han women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods The genotypes of FBN-3 polymorphism site D19S884 in 272 PCOS patients (group A) and 271 healthy women (group B) were genotyped. Results The allele distribution of D19S884 in two groups was statistically different (P <0.05). The frequency of A7 allele in group A was higher than that in group B (32.7% vs.26.9%, P <0.05). Conclusion The D19S884 locus of FBN-3 gene is associated with the pathogenesis of PCOS in Han Chinese women. The A7 allele may be one of the causative agents of PCOS in Chinese Han women.
