目的:探讨乳铁蛋白与二次角膜移植发生排斥反应的关系。方法:应用放射免疫法测定二次角膜移植发生排斥反应患者泪液中乳铁蛋白及IgG含量变化。结果:角膜移植排斥反应发生时,泪液乳铁蛋白含量下降,IgG含量升高,二者呈负相关。当排斥反应治愈后二者接近术前水平。结论:眼局部乳铁蛋白及IgG在二次角膜移植排斥反应中起重要作用,测定其含量可以达到早期诊断和早期治疗的目的
Objective: To investigate the relationship between lactoferrin and rejection in secondary keratoplasty. Methods: Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the changes of lactoferrin and IgG in tear fluid of patients with rejection after secondary keratoplasty. Results: When keratoplasty rejection occurred, the content of lactoferrin in lacrimal fluid decreased and the content of IgG increased. There was a negative correlation between them. When the rejection reaction is cured, the two are close to the preoperative level. CONCLUSION: Eye-specific lactoferrin and IgG play an important role in the secondary keratoplasty rejection and its content can be used for early diagnosis and early treatment
