在危机管理中,律师的意见仅仅站在法律的角度。而危机管理的最高目标是保护品牌保护产品,最大限度地保护企业的利益。律师往往从局部的利益得出要起诉竞争对手的结论,在很多情况下是站不住脚的。看起来保护了公司,其实是保护了公司的局部利益,而帮了竞争对手的大忙。
