近几年,天车起重安全已严重制约了安全生产,着力提高起重机械的标准化作业程度更是当务之急。南车长江车辆有限公司株洲分公司(以下简称分公司)创新危险预知培训,全面实施起重机械的标准化作业,连续实现了8个安全年。一、天车起重作业的主要特点(一)天车起重作业量大、频繁分公司每天有各类整车、型材、配件将近500-600吨的钢材吞吐量,基本上都依靠天车吊运,天车吊运量十分频繁。(二)天车起重作业风险大、危险性高
