生活在转型的时代,从来都不缺乏新概念的层出不穷。2003年6月,北京首先推出总部基地的概念。在此之后,总部经济成为政府、企业和学术界议论的焦点。如果仅仅是停留在概念上,总部基地也只会成为人们茶余饭后的谈资。而实际上丰台园总部基地建设进展迅速,半年内完成了20万平方米85幢总部楼的建设任务,且近90%的空间都被预定。丰台总部基地坐落在中关村丰台园二期开发区内,位于北京城西四环与南四环的交汇处,项目总占地面积为65公顷,总建筑面积106万平方米,占据了丰台园二期工程面积的一半还多。总部经济火爆京城,但总部基地却位于北京经济发展相对滞后的南城。人们不禁要问,总部基地的发起者为何敢铺下这么大的摊子,他们又凭什么看好总部经济?
Life in the transitional era, never lacking in an endless stream of new concepts. In June 2003, Beijing first introduced the concept of a headquarters base. Since then, the headquarters economy has become the focus of discussion among governments, businesses and academia. If you just stay in the concept, the headquarters base will only become talk of gossip. In fact, the construction of Fengtaiyuan headquarters has progressed rapidly. Within half a year, it completed the construction of 85 headquarters buildings of 200,000 square meters and nearly 90% of the space was reserved. Fengtai headquarters base is located in Fengtai Yuan Zhongguancun Phase II Development Zone, located in the Beijing city West Fourth Ring and South Fourth Ring Interchange, the project covers an area of 65 hectares, with a total construction area of 1.06 million square meters, accounting for Fengtai Park Phase II More than half of the project area. The headquarters economy is popular in the capital, but the headquarters base is located in Nancheng, where Beijing’s economic development lags behind. People can not help wondering why the sponsors of the headquarters base are willing to pave the way for such a huge stall. What are they optimistic about the headquarters economy?
