家电下乡政策让农民得到实惠,但推广实施过程中存在着一些亟待解决的问题,应引起有关部门的高度重视。本文运用实证分析法,论述了柳州市实施家电下乡政策的实际情况,作为家电下乡政策实施主要主体的柳州市各级党委和各级政府部门高度重视,联合中标企业和销售商,积极采取有力措施,精心组织,认真部署,全力推进家电下乡工作,并取得一系列优异成果。分析了实施家电下乡政策过程中存在的一些问题,并提出了简化补贴程序等针对性的解决对策和建议。
