团队内知识传递的过程就是知识从传递方到接收方的一个过程,这个过程将直接影响知识传递的效果,已经引起了学者们的广泛关注。虽然很多学者对知识传递的过程进行了充分的研究,但仍然存在一些漏洞,无法提供全面、深入的认识。本文从对以往研究成果的综合分析入手,指出其中存在的问题,并通过构建新的知识传递过程模型来完善对知识传递过程的分析,以期为知识传递的研究和企业的知识管理提供经验启示。
The process of knowledge transfer in the team is a process of knowledge transfer from the sender to the receiver. This process will directly affect the effect of knowledge transfer, which has aroused widespread concern of scholars. Although many scholars have fully studied the process of knowledge transfer, there are still some loopholes that can not provide comprehensive and in-depth understanding. This article starts with a comprehensive analysis of past research results, points out the existing problems, and completes the analysis of knowledge transfer process by constructing a new knowledge transfer process model in order to provide experience and inspiration for knowledge transfer research and enterprise knowledge management.
