中药滴眼剂的安生性评价一直是中药滴眼剂的质量生命线上最主要的一环。药厂和医院一直想找到一种方法可以保证制剂的质量和安全。该研究建立一种基于细胞毒性检测用以筛查评价中药滴眼剂刺激性的体外快速评测方法,并运用该方法解决熊胆滴眼液刺激性较明显的难题。
Eosinophil evaluation of Chinese medicine eye drops has always been the most important part of quality lifeline of Chinese medicine eye drops. Pharmaceutical companies and hospitals have always wanted to find a way to ensure the quality and safety of their preparations. In this study, we established a rapid in vitro cytotoxicity assay for the screening and evaluation of the irritation of Chinese eye drops and used this method to solve the problem of more irritable X-ray eye drops.
