随着通信技术的不断发展,各种各样的新型通信产品不断地占据着人们的视线并吸引着人们进行购买,从而使得通信产业的从事者获得较大的利润,以致市场上的通信产业不断通过提高自身产品的创新度来提升自身产品的竞争优势,以期通过研发新型的通信产品开拓自身的销售市场。但在当前通信产业模式中,由于知识产权法律保护中存在的种种问题,导致山寨抄袭的现象层出不穷,或者是部分新技术刚生产出来就陷入知识产权纠纷中,出现还未上市就已经被淘汰等种种问题。本文针对通信产业知识产权法律保护这一影响面较广的问题进行了简要研究,以期为通信产业技术发展进程的优化提供一些参考。
