本试验采用pp_(333)喷施或土壤浇灌的方法改进“Roumi Red”葡萄的座果和产量,喷施100、250ppm和浇灌2毫升/株的处理,除了使果穗重和每一果穗的粒数显著增加以外,对叶片的叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的含量,以及对果实的理化性状都无影响。喷施1000、1500和2000ppm,浇灌4毫升/株的处理,发现枝条的生长和含糖量减少,而果实的物理化学特性、花芽分化、叶绿素及类胡萝卜素的含量增加。发现750ppm和3毫升/株或更高浓度的处理,在处理后的第二年仍有后效作用。pp_(333)的化学名称是:1—[对—氯苯基]—4,4—二甲基—2[1,2,4—三氮唑]戊醇—3。“Roumi Red”葡萄是埃及种植的第二个最重要的栽培品种。然而其座果率低,在许多地区的栽培是不经济的。任何能改进其座果和产量,而又无不利影响的处理,对生产者和消费者来说,都具有重要的意义。生长调节剂已被广泛应用于提高各种果树的座果和产量。应用CCC通过增加座果和果穗重量来提高葡萄的产量。pp_(333)是一种生长抑制剂,在苹果和梨上应用,能抑制生长,提高座果。 Williams和Edgerton在苹果和梨上土壤应用pp_(333)获得了对这两种果树营养生长的良好控制。pp_(333)会导致果实小而扁,果梗变短,叶绿素含量增加,而对李有疏果作用。pp_(333)对葡萄的影响Ahmedullah等人报导,树干应用5000—20,000的pp_(333)能减少“concord”葡萄的营养生长,而不影响产量和品质。本试验的目的在于确定pp_(333)土壤处理和叶处理对“Roumi Red”葡萄营养生长、座果、产量和品质的影响。
In this experiment, the fruit quality and yield of “Roumi Red” grapes were improved by spraying pp_ (333) or soil irrigation. However, its fruit rate is low and cultivation in many areas is uneconomical. Anything that can improve its yield and yield without adverse effects is of great importance to producers and consumers alike. Growth regulators have been widely used to increase the fruit set and yield of various fruit trees. Applying CCC increases the yield of grapes by increasing the mass of fruit and ears. pp_ (333) is a growth inhibitor that is used on apples and pears to inhibit growth and increase fruit quality. The application of pp_ (333) to soils on apples and pears by Williams and Edgerton resulted in good control of the vegetative growth of both fruit trees. pp 333 will lead to small and flat fruits, shortened stems, increased chlorophyll content, and thinning effect on plum. Effect of pp_ (333) on grapes Ahmedullah et al. reported that application of pp_ (333) from 5000 to 20,000 in tree trunks reduced the vegetative growth of “concord” grapes without affecting yield and quality. The purpose of this experiment was to determine the effect of pp_ (333) soil treatment and leaf treatment on vegetative growth, fruit quality, yield and quality of “Roumi Red” grapes.
