我厂是1987年上海首批推行全员承包经营责任制的试点单位。早在1984年下半年,我厂就实行了厂长负责制。1986年我们在企业内部划小核算单位、搞分厂制改革。1987年初又提出了搞全员承包经营责任制改革的设想。1987年2月,我们的设想得到了赵紫阳同志“可以试行”的批示,这对我们是一个很大鼓舞,使我们对探索全员承包改革,坚定了信念,增加了勇气。1987年,我们提前6天超额完成了第一年的各项承包标的。工业总产值达到1.33亿元,比1986年增长23%;利润总额达到2490万元,比1986年增长19%;新产品开发了8种,比承包标的增加了5种。我们还实现了1987年年初提出的12项企业重大目标。1987年我厂上交国家的财政收入按同口径计算比上
Our factory was the first batch of pilot units in Shanghai to implement the full-scale contract responsibility system in 1987. As early as the second half of 1984, our factory implemented the director responsibility system. In 1986, we designated small accounting units within the company and carried out reforms of the plant division system. At the beginning of 1987, he also proposed the idea of reforming the responsibility system of full-time contracted management. In February 1987, our plan had been approved by Comrade Zhao Ziyang’s “can try it out.” This was a great encouragement to us and enabled us to explore the reform of the contract for the entire crew, strengthened our belief, and increased our courage. In 1987, we exceeded all contracted targets in the first year 6 days in advance. The total industrial output value reached 133 million yuan, an increase of 23% over 1986; the total profit reached 24.9 million yuan, an increase of 19% over 1986; and 8 kinds of new products were developed, which increased the number of contracted targets by 5. We also achieved the 12 major corporate goals that were proposed in early 1987. In fiscal year 1987, the revenue of our country was turned over to the same country.
