中国特色社会主义政治经济学的基本经济范畴是什么?需要做出全面系统的研究和探讨。该文提出,共同富裕范畴,可以作为中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系基本经济范畴。主要理由是:共同富裕范畴涵盖了人民群众的根本利益,体现了中国特色社会主义建设以人民为中心的根本立场;共同富裕是中国特色社会主义的根本目标,反映中国特色社会主义的本质特征,是中国特色社会主义经济制度区别于以往一切剥削制度的根本标志;共同富裕是中国特色社会主义经济运行的轴心,体现中国特色社会主义基本经济规律的主要要求。中国全面实现小康社会的目标,和扶贫脱贫的重大举措,是共同富裕理论的伟大实践。共同富裕范畴和理论,是构筑中国特色社会主义政治经济学科学体系的核心。以此为指导,设想分五大篇:第一篇,中国特色社会主义基本经济制度和体制机制,是实现共同富裕的制度保证。第二篇,解放生产力、发展生产力是中国特色社会主义的根本任务,是实现共同富裕的物质基础。第三篇,微观经济运行,是共同富裕在微观领域的实现。第四篇,宏观经济运行,是共同富裕在宏观领域的实现。第五篇,国际经济关系和对外开放既是加快中国经济发展,实现共同富裕的手段,又是构建人类命运共同体,在世界范围内共建共享,促进世界人民共同富裕。
What is the basic economic category of the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics? It is necessary to make a comprehensive and systematic study and discussion. The article proposes that the category of common prosperity can serve as the basic economic category of the theoretical system of political economy with Chinese characteristics. The main reason is that the category of common prosperity covers the fundamental interests of the masses of the people, embodies the fundamental stance of building a people-centered socialism with Chinese characteristics. Common prosperity is the fundamental goal of socialism with Chinese characteristics and reflects the essential characteristics of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Is the fundamental symbol that distinguishes the socialist economic system with Chinese characteristics from all previous systems of exploitation; the common prosperity is the axis of the socialist economic operation with Chinese characteristics and the major requirement for the basic economic law of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The goal of fully realizing a well-to-do society in China and the major measure for helping the poor and getting rid of poverty are the great practices of the common prosperity theory. The category and theory of common prosperity constitute the core of the scientific system of political economy with Chinese characteristics. Taking this as a guide, we can imagine five major articles: the first one is the basic economic system and institutional mechanism of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which is the institutional guarantee for realizing common prosperity. Second, liberating the productive forces and developing productive forces are the fundamental tasks of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the material basis for realizing common prosperity. Third, the micro-economic operation is the realization of common prosperity in the micro-fields. Fourth, the macroeconomic operation is the realization of common prosperity in the macroeconomic field. Fifthly, international economic relations and opening to the outside world are both a means of accelerating China’s economic development and realizing common prosperity and a common community of human destiny, building and sharing it around the world and promoting the common prosperity of the people of the world.
