肺结核病人不住院全程化疗管理的实施,本县主要靠县、乡、村三级防痨网,而直接实施全程管理下门诊治疗者是乡级。1987年开始,我们在有条件的乡(镇)卫生院抽调1名肺科医生、充实到乡(镇)卫生院防保组,兼任本乡(镇)防痨医生(社会组),其它乡(镇)卫生院仍以该院医疗组的临床肺科医生(临床组)为主,治疗管理结核病人。1988年1月1日～1990年12月31
