本文导出了斜入射情况下介质分界面处基模高斯光束的变换矩阵和柱面反射镜的变换矩阵。在此基础上重点分析计算了半导体激光泵浦固体激光常用的端泵浦谐振腔。我们给出的分析方法不仅能精确计算端泵浦腔和带有柱面反射镜腔的输出参数,而且能计算其稳区、腔内任意位置和增益介质内部光斑参数、及像散补偿参数等。
In this paper, we derive the transform matrix of the fundamental mode Gaussian beam and the cylindrical matrix of the cylindrical mirror at oblique incidence. On this basis, the end-pumped resonant cavity commonly used in semiconductor laser-pumped solid-state lasers is analyzed and calculated emphatically. The analysis method we gave can not only accurately calculate the output parameters of the end-pumped cavity and the cavity with the cylindrical mirror, but also can calculate the steady-state area, the position of any spot in the cavity, the inner spot parameter of the gain medium and the parameters of astigmatism compensation .
