介绍了管线钢J55-1在生产过程中氮的变化情况,通过对理论和生产数据的分析,指出了成品氮质量分数偏高的主要原因。系统研究了铁水硅质量分数、转炉底吹气体及低吹流量、终点碳、转炉后吹、炉后合金化顺序、LF炉精炼处理、连铸保护浇注等因素对钢水氮质量分数的影响。优化了生产工艺,提出了改进措施,在管线钢J55-1生产实践中取得了显著效果,J55-1成品氮质量分数大幅度降低,较之前平均降低0.001 18%。
The change of nitrogen in pipeline steel J55-1 was introduced. Through the analysis of theory and production data, the main reason for the high nitrogen content of finished steel was pointed out. The influences of the mass fraction of molten silicon, the blowing gas at the bottom of the converter and the flow rate of the bottom blowing, the ending point carbon, the blowing of the converter, the alloying sequence after the furnace, the LF furnace refining and the continuous casting protection pouring on the nitrogen content of the molten steel were systematically studied. The production technology was optimized and the improvement measures were put forward. In the production practice of pipeline steel J55-1, remarkable results were achieved. The nitrogen content of J55-1 finished product was greatly reduced, decreasing by an average of 0.001% to 18%.
