目的:了解本院呼吸内科住院患者抗菌药应用情况。方法:回顾性调查,随机抽取呼吸内科2008年1～6月出院病历200份,对其抗菌药应用情况进行统计、分析。结果:呼吸内科抗菌药使用率为100%,其中单联用药83例(41.5%),二联用药102例(51.0%),三联用药9例(4.5%),四联以上用药6例(3.0%)。细菌送检率80.5%。结论:我院呼吸内科抗菌药使用存在较多不合理现象,应加强管理,促进抗菌药合理使用。
Objective: To understand the application of antimicrobial agents in hospital respiratory patients. Methods: A retrospective survey was conducted. 200 cases of discharged medical records from January to June in 2008 were randomly selected for statistical analysis of the application of antibacterials. Results: The use of antibacterials in respiratory medicine was 100%, including 83 cases (41.5%) in single therapy, 102 cases (51.0%) in combination therapy, 9 cases (4.5%) in triple therapy and 6 cases %). Bacteria delivery rate of 80.5%. Conclusion: There are many irrational use of antibacterials in respiratory medicine in our hospital, so we should strengthen management and promote rational use of antibacterials.
